90/90 Active Lift IR

More 90/90 practice opening up more joint space and range of motion in the hip capsule. Every time we lift weights, run or contract in shortening millions of muscle fibers slide over each other through the actin and myosin sarcomere cycle. In short, weight training, running, and jumping provide amazing benefits, but even performed correctly can be hard to recover from if we are spending too much time sitting or standing. FRC allows for full core tension while actively moving through various joint manipulations. Try this one a few times a week to allow for improved hip rotation.
