Most hypertrophy programs and regular personal training sessions lack knowledge in both functional fitness principles and corrective exercise. Small group Training
There is no perfect meal plan for everyone, it doesn’t exist. However, the FDA’s RDA (recommended daily allowance) for protein is far too low to build lean mass—and this is becoming evident in both modern medicine and kinesiology. The protein found in plants is mostly available for the plant, not for us. Eat plants, but get your protein from high quality, lean animal fat!
